Two ears good...... one ear bad

This is Pedro a couple of days or three back, clearly he has two ears. Now as he is such a fine specimen there was half a plan to show him, I say half as the plan entailed keeping him clean (unlikely) housing him over winter as he would have been professionally sheared (very unlikely as this means building a purpose built penthouse suite with hot and cold running grass) training him to walk on the halter ( remotely possible) and yours truly learning how to show a sheep (impossible) Despite these difficulties the half a plan has been simmering away, enquiries even made as to who might give him a short back and sides, patterns found to make him a replacement woolly jumper and so on. Today he put the kyebosh on any sort of plan that involved people judging him as a prize winning specimen as he turned up for breakfast with only his right ear in one piece. A substantial portion of his left ear has vanished. Now it could have been a trick of the light (it really was early as we went to visit my clan today way up north) or an impostor, or perhaps he had it folded over at a jaunty angle but as I type I am pretty certain that Pedro's days on the sheep walk are over before they begun. The showing sheep rule book clearly states two ears good, one ear bad.
