Bringing home the bacon

Second only to the joy of sausages (ooer Matron!) is the joy of bacon that makes keeping pigs such a great pastime. My hard work (ahem) combined with their total commitment means that yours truly is kept supplied with full cooked English for another year.
Then there's the gammon steaks, the bacon joints and the boned and rolled legs for Christmas hams. Over 90 pound of bacon from one very kind pig. All packed away while a world record bacon sarnie was assembled and eaten. Thank you pig.
