To prove a point

Its a well known fact that one of the rules of smallholding is that any animal can get through a gap exactly half its body size. Today Apollo the wonder foal demonstrated that not only can he pass through gaps smaller than he should he also occupied a space half his body size. Somehow he managed to get over a cattle ring feeder and then a hurdle placed (tied with the compulsory baler twine) across the doorway and into the bale store. Once inside having eaten his own body weight in nice fresh hay he unbelievably managed to turn around and wait for rescue. Once rescued he set off to find some other bother to cause.
