Be prepared

Despite not having had any time to do any training (and being a bit poorly but that's another story)  yours truly is in a 70 mile road race sportive on Sunday. I am prepared for all eventualities including my super duper tyre levers not working hence the spoons. Punctures are easy fix on my racing steed. Unlike Miranda who went in for a puncture repair and came out with 3 new tyres.
