A brief gap between storms saw yours truly embark on a recce of the Ridge as part of our preparation for Sport Relief. Our being Red Kite and the plan to walk to the local pub, The Harp, with our dogs,
or rather some of our dogs with other like minded people who want to have a free lunch while raising money for charity.
The weather was grand, very windy but dry for a change and we made good time completing the 5 miles to said watering hole in about 1.5 hours, which included larking about time.
Much to the amusement of the locals, heres Violet the sheep, the pub was shut so
after a quick look round the tourist trap we set off back to Red Kite HQ for tea and sandwiches.
Back at Rock HQ Mr Bo Jangles and Rosie are settling in to a hectic routine!
