Just for fun

Under the heading lets do something different we all trooped off to Telford leaving Rock HQ at an unGodly hour to get to the start line of the park run 5k. 

Having done the 5k and finding it quite enjoyable to pit ourselves against over 600 other "runners" we headed back to HQ

where Otis decided he was definitely going to be a lap dog 

and Mrs Bear insisted on her afternoon stroll.
