RRMK2 is keen to get into the Guinness book of records so today tried to eat as many jaffa cakes in a minute as possible. He managed 5 and mushed up a further 2. He might have been more successful if he had not laughed most of the challenge. 17 is the record in case you are wondering.
Doing better than Her Majesty who has ceased to be, the Apprentice has had a second bite of the birthday party treat and had a bunch of friends around to play Warhammer 40k, Spacehulk, eat pizza and play video games. He also wanted the bouncy castle
and swingball
the must have birthday party accessory.
Whilst getting ready for the main event yours truly had Ghost, doom metal band from Sweden blaring out at max volume (audible 1km from HQ) when a party of very bemused hikers wandered through. Some were tempted at the offer of a free go on the bouncy castle but primarily they wanted to get enough distance between them and the speakers to be able to enjoy the birdsong currently lost to wailing guitar solos.
Mrs Bear is better, a bit blind and deaf but shes doing great.
Spacehulk requires terminators so after seeing the game out again I decided to paint them, this is the undercoated space wolves.
