Lightning does strike twice

On todays run yours truly was just pondering how a couple of weeks back a quick slip and ouchy and lo and behold I did it again in  the same place but the other knee. A matching set!

Spring is rushing along 

and the trees are getting their full canopy 

and the river is drying out 

to a mere trickle.
