Bali

Bali is going to a new home so we loaded him up and went to the Gower
so he could meet the potential new owners

and lucky for us it was a sunny day spent at one of our favorite places.
A quick explore of the beach
and the Mumbles lighthouse (its called The Mumbles due to the Normans thinking the islands looked like breasts, Mammai translated to Mumbles over the years
The boys were able to dress as Lifeboat crew as the new owner was one of the stations crew
and kitted up
they got into the inshore lifeboat

which for one was harder than the other.
Posed for some top pics.
Looking like film stars.
The original lifeboat station house.
The last one. The new one is at the end of the pier, cost 10 million to build. The crew cant get to it due to the poor repair of the pier so the lifeboat is moored out at sea when they need it they have to transfer from a small inflatable.
I told RRMK2 not to waste his money in the arcade so he had to hit the jackpot.
The wonders of the mobile phone more appealing than reality.

Back at the ranch Darcy went for a quick stroll

and paddle

as did the apprentice

while the sun set
on another
glorious day.

Bali? They loved him so we are taking him to them next week. Another Gower day then!
