More fun run

Saturdays now seem to start with a 5k run so ignoring advice to rest poorly knee yours truly set off with 500 other runners.

Probably my motivation was fuelled by the knowledge that by going for a run we were in the right place to watch D and D movie for the 3rd time, but this time in 4g whatever spectacular. Unfortunately that didn't start until 7.30pm so we settled back to watch it in a packed cinema with a screen somewhat smaller than our TV. 

Back at the Ranch Quinn continues to make his presence known, bark much? 

Outdoors the sound of barking was drowned out by the roar of the little Kawasaki.
