With the boys on holiday it was time for an epic adventure, the biggest yet.
Due to the amount of kit and people in Moby there was no room for the standard issue Bernese Mountain Dog so this mascot was packed into the rucksack.
After many hours of heading north and a worry that we might have to refuel on the motorway at 199.9 a litre when by sheer luck we found a truck haven and got it for the relatively cheaper 175.9 a litre we spotted phase one of the epic trip.
Camp struck it was time for a quick bacon buttie and heads down for some well earned sleep.
The sun was setting
and the forecast was good, so all being well we would not need the yellow taxi.
Too excited to sleep.
Tomorrow will be a big day and an enormous challenge!
