Easy does it

I think the last post was about staying indoors and doing nerd stuff. The time for big jobs dawned the very next day and on the site of the old dog kennel which was constructed for yours truly by Karl who is probably still tied to a tree in Borneo and regularly violated by the village elders and was the source of many a happy memory (the kennel not Karl's incarceration).
It had been the place where the worlds oldest beagles were contained as they had a really bad habit of buggering off, the place where we set up sheep pens and had our little flockers, and the place where we raised 70 piglets by accident one year thanks to the insatiable sex drive of Thor the Bernese Mountain Pig.
That said it was never fit for purpose and was in fact a bit of a wreck even when new. Karl was many things but builder of kennels he was not. So the building was taken down by yours truly a few months ago and thats where it stopped, nothing doing, just a mess.
So on a bright sunny afternoon when the aspects of the universe were all in harmony, in that 1 hour 15 minutes after a busy day at icanfoster the brilliant and expanding foster agency thanks to its ethical management yours truly picked up his shovel and moved the earth.

Well the horse doings piled on the soon to be repurposed concrete base.

And with the help of a left behind by one careless owner the wood bits were sorted and salvaged
and before you could say 4 days have passed and its taken a bit more time than initially allowed for the site was clear and ready for construction of something brilliant.
 Watch this space.
