For you Daddy

Today was supposed to see yours truly on a family outing to the RAF museum to see some iconic aircraft, but as the apprentice gave me manflu as well as a telescope for my birthday, plans changed drastically with us all moping around Rock HQ with an assortment of runny noses, coughing fits and sense of humour failures. Illness did not stop birthday celebrations however and family fun time was had courtesy of Disney and the ever growing kids DVD collection.
As I spoent the day watching Disney characters instead of Spitfires, Glenn from the Northern Clan sent these pics, not from the RAF museum but in a park in Grangemouth near Falkirk, a memorial to the 71 pilots who died training to fly in WW2.
