More planning

 Knowing that the festive season is bound to lead to in increase in calories and an expanding waist yours truly planned a mountain bike safari for a few days after the yuletide excess. The amount of rain in the past few days has certainly made the proposed route more interesting.

 And on the day of the recce to see if the trails were clear I made the wrong decision to bring the xover bike as it was just not able to deal with the mud.

 Hence the strange angle of this pic as its taken from where I landed.

 It went on for miles

 or so it seemed, me carrying the bike instead of the way its supposed to be.

I did make it to Chris's for a mince pie.
