Be serious!

 Training is getting serious, well sort of, in my world its serious doing a 3 mile walk and an
 8.5 mile mountain bike ride
before breakfast. Normally this sort of idiocy only occurs a few weeks (days) before a big man test, but as next years man test is unfeasably huge I'm trying to maintain peak condition. Ahem.
