Every little helps

We shifted the donations for the refugee appeal on sunday thanks to A B E who donated a huge sprinter van and driver. Red Kite made short work of loading the 40 plus tents, 50 odd sleeping bags and hundreds of coats, trousers, kids clothes, toys and food into its cavernous interior.
Unfortunately we had underestimated the generosity of people wanting to help
and the van was full, meaning the collection with the microholders in Hereford remained uncollected.
But thanks to their utter helpfulness they drove their van load over to the depot in Cheltenham, so thanks Anna and Simon for going the extra mile (or 100 extra miles)
and thank you to all the generous souls who donated to help fellow human beings in crisis.
