The lovely people from BT managed to find the massive tree that had fallen across the phone line thus severing our connection with the world. This took nearly three weeks to resolve, me standing in the field helpfully pointing at offending tree sped things up by five minutes but even then the nice man managed to reconnect us to the wrong phone number so anyone who didn't get their Chinese food order but instead got a very credible Victor Meldrew impression, apologies. Finally we are connected with the world.
And to ensure equilibrium, Miranda who had her clutch burnt out by yours trulys valiant attempt to extricate her from the ditch has been repaired and is 100%. Gerry then decided to jettison the use of his rear suspension. He is now in intensive care again.
Meantime I have a new friend called Eve and with her help I am either going to need emergency surgery or the Swiss Style Kennels will be built. We spent a few minutes getting to know each other today before the rain stopped play. In that time we managed to cut the timbers for the front and rear of the SKB without fuss and first aid.

Good to have you back. It is remarkable how phone companies manage to not only be incompetent at diagnosing problems, but then compound that by refusing to listen to mere customers who may know what is going on...
