Out of the saddle

 Suffering as yours truly is from the after effects of a mental bike ride of 480 miles plus the three peaks in under 72 hours it was deemed a stupid idea to join Stable Sprite and Keeef on the Clun sportive.

 After effects include total numbness of both feet, similar to both hands plus and inability to grip anything with my right hand and a very sore right knee. It is hoped that things will be back to normal soon but until then no cycling.

 Instead some supervision of the boys was required as they made casseroles for breakfast.

 Our new rescue has landed on her paws and found out that the fridge needs watching closely in case food falls out of it.

Once she has eaten her share of goodies a kip in an inconspicuous place is in order.
