W3K15

This is the man test for the year, the Welsh 3000's hike, 30 miles, fifteen summits over 3000 feet, includes 10,000 feet of climbing and all in under 18 hours from Foel Fach, the first summit to Snowdon summit. Usually the challenge is done the other way, Snowdon to Foel Fras but as ever I have chosen to buck the trend and head uphill (by 154 feet!) and go for glory on the summit of Snowdon to finish. Start time will be about two hours before sunrise and hopefully the support team will make it to Ogwen Pass and Llanberris Pass to resupply me with marmite and tomato sandwiches and lashings of ice cold Vimto. Please donate to this charity, Myeloma UK, I have two friends fighting this horrible illness. This is a self funded enterprise so every penny goes to the charity to help their research and help them support families.
You can donate at  www.justgiving.com/W3K15 or you can text WALE54 and any amount from £1 to £15 to 70070. If can gift aid your donation please so as it increases the value of your gift by 25%!!!
