Vic gained another award of merit today battling through several miles of river, it was road when we set out but after hours of the heaviest rain, the really wet stuff, these roads changed to an exciting white water obstacle course. Several times I was certain Vic had had it but he pressed on and one of us got back to HQ dry. He may have lost part of his exhaust, I'm waiting for daylight to find out what the strange knocking is from the centre of the floor, would not be surprised to find a Kayak wedged there.
