I had forgotten how much time having piglets wastes!
Berkshire pigs are great for the smallholder, they are generally placid, easy going pigs and respond well to handling. The meat is fantastic and the crackling is the best in the world.
But before they get to the plate they are so much fun to watch, but you waste so much time as you lean over the pig pen door and watch their antics.
